Buscamos alguna persona que sepa compartir piso con sentido común. Se alquila una habitación de 20 m2 (450 euros, es la que se ve en las fotos) o una de 15 m2 (400 euros, te puedo enviar las fotos en un pdf), ambas son exteriores (dan a la terraza). Hay otra habitacion de 15 m2 interior (350 euros) pero esta ya está alquilada. Si quereis ver más fotos del piso solicitarlo. El piso es un ático de 100 m2 con 90 m2 de terraza decorada con madera de Ipe y con increibles vistas (se ve el mar, el rio Besos, BCN, Tibidabo, etc.) sin ningún edificio delante que quite intimidad al salir a la terraza. El piso está amueblado estilo moderno y minimalista (muy mono y funcional), suelo de parket en toda la casa, cocina moderna con todo lo necesario (encimera, lavavajillas, Horno, Microondas, Nevera Americana, etc.), galería con lavadora de carga superior de 10 Kg.
